This week is homecoming at Plano Senior High and Wednesday night was the 10th annual homecoming parade and pep-rally. We have gone to at least 5 if not more of these parades so it has become a sort of a tradition for us. This year all three kids were given the opportunity to march (walk really) in the parade with their schools. They all had a great time. It was dark and believe it or not we were in such a hurry to leave that I left without my camera so I took this picture after we got home. The theme this year was "building a great future" so they wore hard hats.
After the parade there was a pep-rally in the high school gym and this year it was really packed! As always the cheerleaders, drill team and band put on a great show. Also every year the football moms do a fun dance and this year their player sons jumped up and played a part too. Another new thing this year was a "stomp" group of about a dozen girls performed, they were great!
All in all we had a fun family evening and are looking forward to going to the game on Friday night to cheer on the Wildcats!
