For Father's Day this year Tommy and Sophie each made Bill cards, which turned out very cute. We gave them to him with breakfast and his paper, so that he could have a nice relaxing morning before getting ready for church.
In the evening we went to Grandma and Grandpa Tiede's house for dinner. We had fun wishing Grandpa a Happy Father's Day and playing with cousin Reed.

Meridith and Bill~ I've met Bob (aka Grandpa Bob) via email. Maybe he told you. I'm a Tiede from Rochester, MN and am a Christian speaker and author. I taught d/hh children for 12 years in Amarillo, TX and here in Rochester. Worked with lots of CI kids and trained with Warren Estabrooks (AVI) in Canada. Bob gave me your link. It's been fun to see Jake being "turned on" to sound and to read bits about your other kids too. Would love to hear how the speech/AV training is going. You have a beautiful family!
