I decided that we needed a project the weekend before Christmas, so we decided to make cookies. I am pleased to report that they were really good! We have not made this kind of cookie before so we didn't have any cookie cutters. We improvised with the shape cutters from play dough. Don't worry, I washed the really well before we started cutting out the cookies with them. We had the most interestingly shaped cookies...sharks, penguins, sea horses, turtles, ducks, rabbits, elephants, hearts, stars and hands.
