Our final activity of the day was going to a very neat and very old amusement park called Lakeside Park. There, there were a lot of kiddie rides similar to ones that I remember riding when I was little at the Labor Day carnival in Garland. Then there were some fun "grown up" rides that Tommy and Bill rode. I enjoyed taking pictures of the kids having fun and after it got dark the neon was incredible...very retro...
