The kids were excited that they were allowed to open one present each before we went home and made sure the living room was cleaned up so that Santa wouldn't trip over any toys when he came to visit.
Saturday
December 24th
Christmas Eve. We spent most of the day at home, just hanging out together and wrapping presents. Then at 3:00 we packed everything up and went over the the Tiede's house where we put together the chili stuff we brought and then left again to go the the Christmas service at church. After church we went back to the Tiede's and got there just in time to eat a dinner of spaghetti and chili (but not together) which Jake slept through.
